NEW PICTURES IN THE CURRENT PROJECTS SECTION!
NEWS:
I just added a page with some pictures of my 1980 Camaro RS. Someday this car will be a bracket racer with a 427. For the moment it is running a 305 just so it can be moved around the yard.
Right now I'm working on several engines. I picked up a standard bore 327 small journal block, steel cross-drilled crank, stock rods and pistons, and a set of 'Vette "fuelie" pistons. I'd like to do a 60's style buildup with that engine. I've got a vintage Edelbrock single plane intake and 600 holley to go on top of it. I'll add more pictures as I get them.
My other main engine project is a hot 427 that will someday reside in a bracket car. I've got a 4 bolt main 454 block that is bored .060". I'm going to stuff it with TRW forged 12:1 pistons mounted on HD truck rods that will be spun by a steel, nitrided, cross-drilled crankshaft. The induction components are yet to be decided.
I'm also working on the 305 that came out of my Camaro, you never know when you'll need a spare engine!
